2008-04-22: Studio progress and more...
Hello!! I'm still recording the vocals and I hope to have them finished at the end of this week!! Danne will record the solos again and then we'll start the mixings!! Things didn't turn out as we thought with the "new" guitarist, but we have some more persons who will do some auditions for us!! We will announce the name of the chosen one a.s.a.p!! 2008-03-30: Recording news and guitar player...
All guitars for the upcoming promo is now recorded, we will record vocals next weekend and then start the mixing! We also tried out a new guitar player, and everything sounds and looks really promising... Just a couple more rehearsals and then we can introduce him further... So keep hanging here frequently!! 2008-03-03: Recordings...
First of all, sorry for the late update... We will record 2 tracks as a sampler from the upcoming album which will be released in spring this year!! The 2 tracks will work as a sampler for all festivals and so on... We also have a couple of labels interested in releasing the album!! The drums are already recorded!! Guitars will be recorded next week!! So expect some clips in the near future... Stay updated!! Cheers/ Peter

2008-01-01: Happy New Year and some sad news...
First of all we want to wish every fan of ours a really happy new year! We are still writing new songs, and hopefully we will start to record the new album in some months so we can come out and play some shows! Then to the sad news, our guitar player Christer has decided to leave the band, we wish him all the best of luck and you can read his own statement here:

Hello MarAmon Fans!
Unfortunately I have to announce that I quit as a guitarist in the band.
This is a decision I carefully thought through...
I no longer have the same spirit and don't feel that I have much more to provide
in MarAmon.
Of course I will support and follow MarAmon, the band which I also started.
I wish the guys all success and happiness!
I also want to thank all the MarAmon fans that has showed up
at our gigs and supported us through the years!
I will continue with the music in my own way.

2007-07-23: Members change, again ;-)...
We in the band have decided to go different ways with our bass player Denny! Since he is more of a frontman for a band he has decided to sing in two other bands, and we started to notice a lack of interest from his side, so it was probably best for all parts to let him go!! And we also wish him the best of luck and thank him for the time with Us... We will shortly introduce the new bass player for you folks, so stay updated...

Hi folks!! Many of you have asked which day and time we will perform at AugustiBuller. Now it's confirmed, MarAmon performs on Friday, August 3rd, the time is 16:45! So be there and support us!! We will also have alot merch to sell... ;-) We are testing a new drummer, and we are pretty sure he will fit in the band!! A presentation will soon be up...

We are now home from the trip to Finland! We really want to thank everyone who showed up at Night Life Rock!! We will also try a drummer and a guitar player this week...

2007-05-14: Sad news...
We have some sad news, our drummer Pär and guitar player Henrik has decided to leave the band due to lack in motivation! They will do their last gig with us in Finland now in May 19th!! We are really glad that we had these great musicians in the band, and we wish them great luck! So now we are searching for a new drummer and possibly a new solo guitarist!! Hi folks, we are sorry for the late updates... We played at Club Aska, Örebro this saturday and we really enjoyed it!!! Thanks to everyone who showed up, some pics will probably be up from the gig!! Next gig will take place in Vansbro May 5th, so be there and support us!!

We are writing new songs at the moment for an upcoming label-promo! It will include 4 songs, and we have done a pre-production of it! It sounds really awesome, with great variations in both speed and structure, so expect some new samples in the near future :-)

Hi folks! Now we are home from Denmark and we really enjoyed our stay there... We also played a gig in Arboga and one in Södertälje! Thanks to everyone who showed up! And then to the other news, we contribute with the track "Why?" on the upcoming Sweden Rock Magazine CD that follows with the magazine!

MarAmon has recruited a keyplayer to their ranks, his name is Tony and you can find more about him under the Members section. A new guestbook has been added to the Interactive section, since the old one wasn't so stable. The video for the song "Me,Myself,I" was showed on a filmfestival in Lindesberg on saturday, March 25th. As soon as we get a copy of the video, we will add it to the webpage. So keep hanging here ;-)... The CD will also soon be pressed and released...

2006-01-15: MarAmon will play in Helsinki,Finland at HeavyCorner...
A show has been confirmed sometimes in the end of April/beginning of May in Finland at a place called HeavyCorner, it's located in the middle of Helsinki! A more specific date could be find under the Tourdates section as soon as it's confirmed! A new review from the new album can be found under the Mediasection or here...

2005-12-31: A new song from the album is now up...
The complete song "Why?" is now added to the Media section. Check it up!

2005-12-16: MarAmon go separate ways with Karmageddon Media...
MarAmon together with Karmageddon Media has decided to cancel the record deal. The reason is that things are going very bad for the label! We are now seeking for a more serious label! A new bassplayer name Denny Axelsson has joined MarAmon. A video is also planned for the title track of the album "Me,Myself,I", it will be recorded by talented filmakers Martin and Robin from "Forks In Toasters".

2005-11-26: MarAmon plays live today...
MarAmon will perform live today at Novemberfestivalen,Lindesberg. The concert begins 20:00 and the price is 30 SEK! Be there.... MOSH!

2005-10-31: MarAmon Line-Up is now complete...
The new members are: Pär Hjulström on drums and Henrik Tranemyr on guitar. Stefan also decided to leave the band. Check out the new line-up here.
